DDS Horns can engineer or replicate a horn to your exacting specifications.

Whatever your application, these requests typically fall into one of two categories: Either the request is for a new custom design or a replacement for a horn (typically plastic) that has become cracked or broken due to age or driver weight. In many cases the horn is one that is no longer available or a similar model does not exist. We build in fiberglass. The specification for horn dimensions contained in our product section is for standard cut. However, we can within limits cut a horn to a different dimension without affecting sound performance. Additionally, if we have an example of a broken horn we can create a mould to reproduce the same horn in durable fiberglass.
